With Djokovic out and Roger Federer sadly approaching his last Wimbledon,
Rafael Nadal out through injury, the stage was once again set for a
wide open All England Championship. With Djokovic beaten – Andy Murray
became strong favourite, but can Raonic pull off a surprise first

opportunities with our selected best sportsbooks.
With so many great players and many talented newcomers to
Wimbledon this year, there will be some great “In Play”
betting opportunities. My personal favourite technique is to look for a match
where the seeded player is down a set and then watch the odds
lengthen – it makes it almost bad manners not to have a bet on a
turnaround. Kings of In Play are still BET365!
With Djokovic losing to Querrey, that makes Andy Murray favourite
on paper for his second Wimbledon – we were sad to see Roger Federer
go out, but what a 5 set match that was. Now its Murray vs Raonic,
with Murray the 3:1 favourite. In the Ladies, it’s Serena Williams
up against the hugely skilled Kerber. Our best bet (and we’ve
already placed it) is a pre-match bet on Kerber at 3:1. We think
she’ll take an early lead, or at least look threatening enough for
the in-play odds on Serena to lengthen. When that happens, look for
some good arbitrage opportunities.
